Heart of Jim Thorpe
Since day one
CB's On Center started with a simple idea: Jim Thorpe deserved a spot where the coffee was as thoughtful as the conversation, and where the evening menu was just as welcoming as the morning one.
We're located right on Center Avenue—the literal center of town—because we believe the best moments happen when people come together. Whether you're a lifelong resident or just passing through the Lehigh Gorge, there's a seat for you here.

We're proud to be a part of Jim Thorpe's story. Here's what makes us who we are.
From open mic nights to local art showcases, CB's is a stage for the talents and stories that make Jim Thorpe special.
We partner with nearby farms, roasters, and producers so every cup and bite supports the region we call home.
Whether you're catching up with a friend, working remotely, or people-watching from our windows—there's room for you at CB's.
We're right in the heart of Jim Thorpe, easy to find and even easier to love. Stop by for a coffee, stay for the conversation.
